What’s new with me lately?

1) I got a haircut + dye last week. My hair is still long, but has short layers on the top so if I use a certain hairspray and scrunch it, I get a wild J-rocker look. But then it falls flat after a while, I really must figure out how to style it properly. It’s orangey-brown. I like it.

2) Andy and I went to watch Dir En Grey’s gig last week. It was really really really amazing. But very rough, so I guess not really suitable for the general public. A lot of moshing went on etc etc. And there were a lot of idiots there. One of whom stood in front of me, and instead of jumping straight up and down like normal people, everytime he jumped, he kicked out his legs behind him like a fucking mule and whopped me one in the shins. Bastard. I still have the bruise, so painful.

3) I bought myself, or rather, Andy bought me a Shaun the Sheep bag. Haha so funny. I love it. I will definitely use it, maybe in Japan.

4) Nothing else I don’t think. I grew a spot last night right between my eyebrows so now I look like I’m wearing a bindhi.

5) Dar is going off to the US today. I’m waiting up to call him at 1.45am my time, 8.45am his time before he goes off for breakfast with his friends. I wonder what they are eating. I feel a bit melancholy and it’s not even me who’s going away. I think Ah Ma and Ah Pa will feel a bit lonely. The last one of their children is leaving home. This is momentous.

6) I am super into J-rock at the moment but I am picky and don’t like just anybody. I really love Amano Tsukiko though.

7) Andy is trying to stay up to wish Dar a safe journey too. He’s in the bedroom but he’s being very quiet so I think he’s probably falling asleep.

8) I wish I could go home soon to Kuching and Singapore for just a week or so. 5 days in Kuching and 2 days in Singapore. Actually 10 days would be better. But anyway cannot go back because I have the Japan trip in October, and in November we’re going to My Chemical Romance. And we have to work. So sian.

10) Tomorrow Mia (changed name slightly because I am paranoid she might search for her own name and stumble upon my blog and start reading it, and god forbid, give the link to all my other friends and they all start reading it too, WITHOUT telling me, which will absolutely kill me), yah so her, she is coming round to see our place before she leaves because apparently she’s never been here before. I am giving her dinner, which shall be lasagne with garlic bread and salad. I will make the lasagne and salad, but not the garlic bread.

11) Still not 1.45am. Aiyoh.

12) I think I am going to go watch Jdrama whilst I wait. I am still stuck on ep 20 something of Heart of Greed for anyone who is interested. Why are HKdramas so long, so hard to finish. Anyway cannot watch HoG at night because one episode feels like 2 hours, so it’ll probably send me to sleep. Must watch Jdrama, time flies very fast.

13) Okay I will try to get my points up to 18. Nice number right?

14) I will try to update this blog everyday and just talk about my day. It’ll be therapeutic.

15) I really want to watch a concert whilst I’m in Japan. But nobody I like is performing when we’re there, I’m so pissed off. Maximum the Hormone are performing 2 days before we get there. TWO days. For fuck’s sake.

16) I want to eat waffles from a grill restaurant out in Bond Street. But heng I’m going this Sunday haha.

17) I wish Dar a safe and wonderful time in the US.

18) Oh yay, almost time to phone now.
